The “Spirit of Amarok” is reviving
With the new edition of the pick-up, Volkswagen is also reviving the “Spirit of Amarok” off-road challenge. On May 13th and 14th, 16 teams will compete in the Mammutpark in Stadtoldendorf, Lower Saxony. Interested drivers can still apply for a starting place as a duo and with a memorable team name until April 6th, which will be drawn by lot. You will be among the first to get to know the new model. The winning team of the four different off-road rallies can look forward to an Amarok as a rental vehicle, a 200-euro voucher and a visit to the Autostadt Wolfsburg, including lunch and a drive on the off-road course.
The Amarok Club will also meet in Stadtoldendorf from May 12th to 13th. The model name of the pick-up comes from the Canadian Inuit language and means “big wolf”. The “pack”, as the club community calls itself, will also have the opportunity to experience the new Amarok on site. (awm)
