Ford Puma ST X as a mild hybrid with 170 hp
From April, Ford will alternatively be offering the Puma ST X with a 160 hp (117 kW) 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine as a mild hybrid. Thanks to the boost function, it briefly develops ten hp and 48 Newton meters more torque (248 Nm). Ideally, the Puma ST X 1.0 liter mild hybrid equipped with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission accelerates to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds.
Like the 1.5-liter version with 200 hp (147 kW), the new model also has an active flap exhaust system with a corresponding sound in the Sport driving mode. For the first time, the 1.0-litre version is available in the Nitro Blue exterior color designed exclusively for the ST models. On request, the roof is available in a glossy black contrasting finish.
