Donkervoort pushes another 25 copies
Originally 75 pieces were to be built, now Donkervoort is adding 25 more copies of the F22. Production of the Dutch sports car will therefore not end at the end of 2024, but only in mid-2025. Production of the 500 hp two-seater with a top speed of 290 km/h, which accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reaches speed after 7.5 seconds 200 reached is currently in full swing. The first vehicles have already been delivered. Five orders have also been received from the USA.
The 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine from Audi develops a maximum torque of 640 Newton meters at 5150 rpm and weighs just 750 kilograms when the car is unladen. That results in a power-to-weight ratio of 666 hp per ton. It is shifted via a five-speed gearbox, the power is transmitted to the rear axle. The exclusive driving pleasure costs around 296,000 euros. (awm)
