Audi Q4 e-Tron gets software update
Audi will equip the Q4 e-Tron and Q4 Sportback e-Tron with the 3.2 software update as standard from model year 2023. Vehicles of the 2022 model year produced from the fifth calendar week of 2022 will have the new functions installed over-the-air. Customers will be informed accordingly by their dealers.
The new options include creating personal user profiles, transferring routes planned via the app to the car and querying various status reports, as well as an optimized preset time for charging the battery. The update, together with Audi charging, will also enable the Plug & Charge function. At compatible charging stations, the vehicle authorizes itself when the charging cable is plugged in and activates the station. Billing is fully automated. (awm)
