Hyundai has released its first all-electric sedan, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 with the intention of taking a part of the EV market that is now controlled by Tesla. The carmaker says that the Hyundai Ioniq 6 electric sedan delivers 610 kilometres of range on a single charge. If the claim is genuine, then this means that the Ioniq 6 electric sedan has a better range than the long-range Tesla Model 3, which can deliver a 602-kilometre range on a single charge. The car will go on sale in the US early next year, and the company is yet to reveal the price. As of now, the business has not released any specifics concerning the Indian debut of the Hyundai Ioniq 6.

The electric automobile features ultra-fast, multi-charging capability made possible by Hyundais Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). The electrified streamliner takes advantage of E-GMP to provide a very long, 2,950-mm wheelbase, supported by a choice of 20-inch or 18-inch wheels. With an overall length of 4,855 mm, the cars 1,880-mm width and 1,495-mm height give it a distinctly sleek and attractive image amidst a sea of identical EVs.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 Interior
The dual-colour ambient lighting of Hyundai Ioniq 6 provides the capability for the driver to personalise the appearance and atmosphere of the interior cabin by choosing from a palette of 64 different colours and six different pre-set themes. The speed sync lighting setting gives the driving experience a more emotional dimension by adjusting the level of illumination of the interior lighting
In addition, the business claims that all of its seats provide greater space for passengers because they are manufactured exclusively for all-electric models, and that these seats are around 30 % thinner than seats found in other traditional models.
The availability of four USB ports of type C and one USB port of type A is intended to improve the convenience for customers. The driver is given the ability to flexibly modify the amount of steering effort, motor power, accelerator pedal sensitivity, and driveline mode thanks to the EV performance tune-up system.
